So far no issues. I’ve played steam games/epic games and there’s no lag whatsoever. It’s great if you have to travel but still want to play your games + you can play at the comfort of your bed.

It’s just not quite there on the software side IMO. Trying to set up various game launchers to work when not on WiFi (aka on a plane) is clunky (not ASUS’ fault), and even when it does work there’s regular issues with crashes and forced-resets (which aren’t easy on the device), triggering startup error message that required reinstalling windows, etc All in all I think it’s almost ready for showtime, but the next iteration will be the one that “just works”. If you are a PC-holic and ready to deal with the janky bs, it’s amazing.

As soon as you get it, UPDATE EVERYTHING!!! Once you get it up and running, it runs beautifully! There are so many youtube videos thag cna help you optimize it and it can run almost any game on it!

Beautiful screen, built in controller and excellent touch capability, speakers are divine for the size - feels like a boom box knowledge of how to use Windows is required, not great for a newbie to tech

This is my favorite piece of tech. Such a fun thing to tinker with and is a very capable PC gaming handheld. Not for beginners. Designed for someone who knows their way around a PC for gaming.

Amazing can't believe how fast this is. Plays AAA games with 60 fps! Glad I bought this instead of the steam deck. Only downside is the low storage but it is very easy to change.

Outstanding device. I could see those non-technical having issues learning how to set up and configure. But I love it!

One of the best handhelds ive ever owned. This thing is a beast and plays virtually any game i own on PC. 900p settings is the sweet spot with 120hz at 25w perfect!

Best thing I’ve ever brought with me on my travel overseas. On the plane, on the road, and in my hotel. Played games seamlessly at 10W and when I needed more I changed the profile for at least 60 fps

My girlfriend uses it more than I do, it's perfect for playing most games except starfield and oddly enough Lego starwars Skywalker saga. Every other game works without a glitch for me.

It’s a cool device. Concept is there but poorly executed. The fact that it runs on windows means you have to de-bloat all the usual stuff a gaming device doesn’t need. It plays most triple A titles around 30-40fps but in lowest setting…Oh and it fried my SD Card from the heat the fans produce, so consider upgrading the internal storage for more space.

The construction quality is somewhat poor, it is fluid for its size, it heats up a little more than expected, the ideal is to always have a power bank

Perfect gift I got myself. I play Diablo 4 and cyberpunk and plays just as I expected it too. Battery life not so great. Other then that great product!

I purchased to play my PS 5 as well as my PC games.

surprisingly powerful, not the best battery life. great for playing games for short bursts or longer if you are near a power source.

Its like a PC at your fingertips. I dont even use my pc with a 1070ti anymore. I have multiple docks around the house and can play anywhere now

Love the ally very powerful. Being able to play triple a games on the go in 1080p is great. Takes some getting used to and adjusting the wattage on games is interesting when it comes to performance

Way better than the steam deck. Fully customizable and works with Bluetooth. My forever portable game is here

I bought this for my boyfriend for his bday/Christmas. He’s the type to build his own computer and all that jazz. He absolutely loves this for gaming. He uses it every day.

Its got a lot of potential but my SD card alot malfunctioned so had to send it back... probably best to upgrade the SSD than use rhe SD card
