Just get it! It’s worth the money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This isn't "twice as powerful" as the steam deck like Asus claimed. Thumbstick caps feel like they should have been sitting tighter on the stems because you can feel a decent amount of wiggling, face buttons have a lot of play to them as in they tilt around and rattle more than most others. The minimum dead zone on the sticks is too large, meaning you can never fully eliminate that dead zone which makes accuracy and navigating windows sort of a pain. The screen on my unit was installed slightly crooked which wouldn't be a huge deal but this handheld was expensive and I expected better attention to detail. My unit came pre-scratched on the top which is also not a huge deal but.. $700. Cherry on top for me was this ongoing sd card issue. I really wanted to love this one and over all I really do, but I'm going to return and wait for a revised version as I don't want to risk it breaking my sd cards. Real bummer but oh well.

This has become my backlog machine. I have been using this more and using my desktop with an RTX 4090 in it less. The portability is a great advantage.

Really love this just a few little things here and there which hopefully we get taken care of with bios updates and software updates

I love this device. It has played every game I have thrown at it. It does require a little more tinkering than a console does, but most of that is just making sure it has all updates.

They are the gaming system that I have played they are easy to carry around I even bought 2 of them one for me and one for sister that how much we love playing them

I love the product. It’s great, battery life is excellent for having windows and being able to double the wattage of the steam deck. My only complaint is for $700 asus should have included a carry case. The lack of accessories was a major disappointment. Granted I knew this at purchase but I still feel as if asus should have included this. If you don’t care about this then I encourage you to get one. For those who want more storage on a budget, just get an external drive and run it through the usb-c port.

Overall amazing! While there have been some bugs, the updates have fixed them quickly and the games run at about an average of 60fps. Perfect for those who are constantly on the go!

Computer repair technician here. The machine is great, love Asus ROG. The condition was not, as it was listed at open box, and has "inspected by best buy" on the box, but was a faulty unit, with stick drift on the right joystick, and non-functioning speakers. Open box lists full functionality, and minor scuffs or scratches, not a defective system with no cables in the packaging, but that's what I sort of expected from Best Buy (no hate, it happens), so I'm okay with it. Not everything can be checked, and I don't expect someone to be that thorough with a unit they only really need to spend a few minutes with. It makes sense, because it's quantity over quality for best buy, and there no other place to get one of these in person around me. Thankfully it's nothing that I can't fix, and I already had a 65w type c charger for my rog phone, but it worries me to see what would happen if a non computer repair technician were to buy this, expecting what was listed like I was, and not as equiped for the situation. If they offer warranty, I likely wouldn't accept it given the common turnaround time, but again, it happens.

This has to be the best handheld in the market right now. Im able to game and also work on it since i have a keyboard and mouse. Its like have a gaming laptop but at half the price.

This decice, despite some flaws, is amazing! Its perfect for me being in the navy, where a laptop is usually too cumbersome to use. Pefect to pull out and play some games with it.

So far has been a great portable gaming device. Is a power hungry little bugger but still better than lugging around your Xbox or PC and all the peripherals to play.

Bought this to compliment my steam deck so i have a bigger variety of options. so far i have been pretty pleased with it. It can play anything you throw at it within reason.

I purchased this for my son and he loves it has worked perfectly no problems what so ever. I’m not a gamer but my son is very happy with the system.

About a month in with medium to heavy use and mostly plugged in using the dock. No problems and runs all the games on ultra so far incluso Total War Saga games. Really impressive!

I have had this product for a few days. I can highly recommend this product as long as you have windows 10/11 knowledge. I was able to get Eso to run at 120FPS and Diablo 4 90fps plus.

A great gaming device that does everything a PC does

I am loving the ROG so far. I had problems with the first one and i returned it to BB and they gave me a new one. I was out of home town and during my travels it kept me entertained.
