All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections. If all troubleshooting tips were performed to no avail, we recommend you send the product in for service if you are experiencing hardware issue so this may be resolved immediately. I know some people criticize the Windows operating system for being clunky, but I actually think it's fantastic. In fact, one of my favorite things about it is the ability to customize games with mods and other features. You can't really do that as easily on Steamdeck. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my choice of device!

I just bought it and it's terrible to give it up for that long

But in honesty it is half baked and the prior promises from Asus were not all true. But it is still the best windows based handle attempt from a mainstream company. Its existence will usher better devices in the future. It is powerful for what it is and has a great pricepoont compared to other devices of its kind.
