Had to return mine because random bugs kept creeping up. I have been using windows since 95 and have windows 11 installed on my steam deck. I know what to expect from windows but this was to buggy even for me

Both my joysticks wouldnt move left or right

But those two hours were AMAZING. This thing is incredible when it works. The future is here! Would rate 5 star but it broke! Will be exchanging for another to try my luck again

Best Buy is usually really good about replacements but I have already had to return this once due to an SD card slot malfunctioning. Otherwise a very powerful device but it might be too early to buy it if you cant take a risk on it.
