    I absolutely love the device, but i bought an open box, and the left joystick didn't work. i live 2 hours from Best Buy, so i just ordered replacements and fixed it myself. I think they need to take a few extra minutes to ensure everything works before reselling things.

    I use the oled nintendo switch daily but wanted option for something else and eyed this since release. Cant compare bc totally different devices. Both get an A+. No isses so far except downloading Alice returns. Love that you can add and use mouse, keyboard etc. basialy just a gaming pc. Do wish it came with 2tb bc finding large enough memory xdhc 2 is hard. They are $400+
