SD Card

Why on earth would you not test your first batches for faulty parts? The SD Card reader is the only easily upgraded storage path on these handhelds, yet I can't even use mine because it doesn't read anything anymore. It does not matter if I re-format, take it out, place it back in, restart, reinstall windows, nothing. Now, I can't even return it to Best Buy because the "return period", way to get screwed by ASUS, thank you.
