    I picked this product up at curbside service and employee professionalism and service is on point! The product itself was not damaged or anything wrong with it and as I am very happy with the customer service and product quality at best buy! Would recommend to anyone!

    Very powerful gaming handheld. Ergonomics are great, stays cool to the touch even when gaming for extended periods of time. More graphics power than SteamDeck or similar handheld consoles. Glad the internal storage can be upgraded up to 2TB to fit all your games!

    As the title states it lasted me one day before the right stick started poping and grinding and making clicking noises. It also froze up lagged quite a bit along with the horrible battery life ill never buy another one of these again was offered an exchange but decided to but a steamdeck much better bulf quality and way better battery life.

    This was my last Asus device ever.

    I was torn between the Steam Deck and this one, but for the price, you get “better specs” and it’s “Asus!” I bought it when I was about to become a father, hoping I could sneak in some gaming time while watching the baby. Never happened. Barely touched it for months. Then I added a microSD card—dead in 10 minutes. Tried another—same thing. Googled it, and sure enough, Asus placed a CPU heat pipe directly over the SD card slot, essentially cooking every card. They offered a “free repair,” but Reddit posts showed that after waiting a month, all they did was slap some aluminum tape between the pipe and the slot. The cards still burned, just lasted an extra five minutes. I hardly used it until one day I installed Stellar Blade. Finally thought I found a use for it since I love that game. Played 20 minutes, turned it off. Next day: random colored pixels on screen, forced shutdown, and it never booted again. Only the Asus logo. No BIOS, no OS. Asus support said, “Send it to a repair shop since your warranty expired… four days ago.”

    I originally had the Steam Deck, but after leaving the store and seeing this I knew I had to have it. After a month I still have no regrets and love the flexibility of this thing. I’m able to play emulators and just random games I’ve downloaded from the internet.

    It’s ALMOST BETTER than the Steam Deck, but its OS (Windows) holds it back. If it came with SteamOS, it would be the best handheld on the market.

    my eyes are not as good at seeing small font as when I was younger. only 1 USB-C port, unless you connect a USB-C HUB to use a mouse and keyboard. I have also added XReal Glasses to assist with my reading.

    I use it for older games like Fallout and indies. I have no issues once you figure out all the things you can customize to get a game runnig good for you. Finally Emudeck is now so rasy to install this thing is perfect.

    I tried with all my might to love this thing, but unfortunately it didn’t quite meet my expectations. Don’t get me wrong it’s amazing what it can do, but unfortunately still wasn’t powerful enough. I even paid $100 to subscribe to GeForce Now Ultimate to Virtually use an RTX 4080, but unfortunately my main games were purchased on Battle.Net which isn’t currently supported of GeForce Now. Hopefully the next Ally will have more CU’s on the iGPU and they give options for 32gb LPDDR5X so you can allocate more RAM towards the GPU with starving the CPU.
