    Great handheld gaming console, would have been better if it came with a complimentary case, also windows touch sensitivity is a bit off but i use it mostly for gaming, the rog ally would have been greater if the display was a bit bigger.

    It's a windows 11 handheld. The updates that are pushed out could cause issues with the device. What I did was install Bazite onto the device making it a more powerful steam deck. If I could do it all again I would just get a steam deck.

    This thing is cool but it's better to have a PC. Not enough hardware for performance I have a PC just thought this would give me more time to actually play but the performance is completely off honest review SNS

    Got it open box, it is a great item, but had to turn it back to the store because it keept doing an annoting buzzing sound.

    I have owned several laptops from Dell Asus Alienware Toshiba gatewayFX Razer aswell and this has to be the best windows experience plus gaming experience just some weeks to get to we're u want this at but the machines is great

    Best PC handheld in the market. I have had the steam deck and the Ally and the Deck is great but the extra power and compatibility of the Ally lets me look past some of the windows issues.

    Great, once you upgrade the SSD, i bought a converter to put a full-size m.2 in it no more than my girl, and i play it. It does good for a handheld.

    One of the best gaming experiences I've had in a long time. First official foray into PC gaming and I don't think I'll be looking back. Optimizing games to get it to run how you want isn't as bad or boring as I'd thought it would be.

    Got the rog ally but was put through a whole bunch because they didn’t have the hard case with there was a bundle so I my hopes up for nothing and then they don’t email the Xbox game pass till more than a month later. Don’t recommend buying from the store just go to the website and order it might have less problems.!

    Love everything but my sd card reader already failed. Sending in for repair. The card reader is next to the fan most likely causing it to melt.

    NOTICE, a lot of units are having the SD card become corrupted or not reading at all. This has been acknowledged by ASUS. If you buy there is a very good chance yours will eventually fail too. The Discord and Reddit pages are filled with defective units. Beyond this, the device does play games will and is a good concept but as of right now shows signs of a massive defect.

    Its a great handheld product. But the updates and the messing of the setting i can see that can be an issue for someone not tech savvy. Would recommend for the older PC crowed, and or gamer. 8/10

    It's good but there is a known issue with the micro SD card slot overheating and destroying Cards. if you aren't going to add storage it's solid.

    It’s still a bit clunky to do basic tasks. Many games dont recognize the built in controls and are unplayable without external device which defeats the ourpose. Games do play pretty well at lower settings. Overall, it depends on what you want to play but for me, I’m returning it until they work the bugs out.

    If you’re looking to get into pc gaming, but don’t have enough room for an actual pc or just looking to get started. Definitely recommend this machine. Takes a bit to learn how to navigate through and learning all the settings but overall it’s worth it
