Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this item as a open box excellent condition the item showed up with the least min packageing its box with just some bubble mailer But the handheld itself was no where near excellent condition there were markings on the back and other scuffs and scrapes and i noticed there was a poorly placed screen protecter on it there gradeing system really needs revamped. But at leadt the unit worked

Better software integration with the hardware and this would be the perfect device. I would wait a month or two for the software and hardware issues to work themselves out. I would definitely buy again once the above issues are addressed.

I had to return it. I'm sure that it will be fixed in a near future, but it not ready at that time, so I couldn't keep it. I'm aware that people don't have the same issues, and like the device, but it wasn't for me.

Great For A Couple Of Weeks Then Hardware Failure

Now SD Card reader is non functional and is going out for repair. Hardware shouldnt break after less than a month. Lots of other people experiencing same problem. Had high hopes but oh well.

The other one last me a month I think graphic card burn out return it exchange for a 2k gaming pc instead I give it a 3 stars games runs good it just you never know if one it’s stop working and doing the warranties not worth it to keep do that
