I had to pay more money to send it in and get it fixed. Best buy is a horrible company that appears to doesn't even check their open box items and is on with selling broke products.

First entire day spent doing updates. Now, from all the reports, I’m scared to do any more updates lol. It’s probably gonna sit on my shelf until ASUS gets everything working the way it’s supposed to. Luckily, I have a Steam Deck.

It started to stutter and lag. Screen is too small and the controls don’t make it feel like an actual controller. Because of the price most of us will use and return it.

Second one, due to a malfunctioning SD Card reader. Be careful and do your research before buying folks.

The Xbox app is worthless because it’s showing games thinking you have a keyboard and mouse instead of showing console games. Few games on steam that are optimized. I would wait to buy the next version, maybe by then there will be more optimized games.
