Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It is not windows ready... or maybe windows is Ally ready... whatever the case, you will spend your time doing updates that don't work, figuring out how to make a game play as it will crash even within the same windows session when it may have worked earlier.. Windows will need to be reinstalled weekly... so bank on 3 1/2 hour cloud recovery every week.. that is if you want the updates they have to work.. which you have to have to have the games play.... when a new update is available, your games will not work.

I get this over the gaming sale last weekend. But I got it and it looked great. Only a ding over the screw hole and the stand was missing. Then I downloaded rocket league to test the functions. I found the right trigger did not work. I thought well time for an exchange so I called Best buy support. That's where everything went sideways. Support said yeah we will replace it. Then canceled the replacement order even though stock is still available. So I called back again. Got transfered back into queue 4 times over the phone. While waiting chatted them and that rep hung up the chat when I asked why my exchange was canceled. Finally after 1 hour of hold and attempts I got a supervisor. They said I have to return the item and repurchase it. I asked for my price to be honored since the sale was done. I was told they would not honor the price either. TLDR: Buyer beware buy from another company best buy customer service sucks

Best Buy couldn’t help due to me being out of my return policy window. After the 20 updates, more updates. I swear it kept doing the same update over again. Only thing I did actually play via the dock was SF6 which was amazing. Had to figure out a workaround for a Ethernet since their dock doesn’t support it and the program that’s installed to store your different game libraries only supports Wi-Fi. I feel like later down the line this will be a great device but they need to work the kinks out first. Maybe get a service plan if you do buy one.
