Poor quality. Poor support.

Immediately after buying I noticed the left joystick had a substantial grind in it at the 12 o clock position, not really something you want in a brand new handheld. Asus made it incredibly difficult to return for repair. I finally received the unit back and the grind is less, but not gone. However now none of the buttons work. I've been redirected to contact best buy for warranty repair. I fail to see how this is a Best Buy issue. Unfortunately from my research this is not an isolated issue. I wish I purchased another system instead.

Don't Buy it On Line

They sent me the ROG Ally with a well known defect. Foolishly I decided to send it in for repair. They never suggested I could return it to get my money back. Cut to the chase: the time and expense I had to go through was beyond frustrating. They make it incredibly difficult because they hope you will just give up. I could write a book. Go to the store if you want to buy one. Make sure you check the warranty period.
