It should be set up to run Windows 10. Start up is sluggish, as if it ran an HHD for a hard drive. Now I need to go through the expense of purchasing another 8GB RAM card to make it process things faster.

Files opened and closed without anyone touching anything. My son in law bought the exact same computer several weeks earlier and everything about it worked great right out of the box so I returned the one I bought. Best Buy made the return easy but my son in law and I wasted a week trying to make it work. My advice is that if you get one that doesn't work don't waste a week of your time trying to make it work. Just return it right away. I wanted to give the one I got no stars at all but I couldn't post this review without some sort of star rating.
