Take some learning to do probably be better gifts for a teenager or adult the handhold PC doesn’t keep charge very long and heats up fast.

We sincerely apologize for the overheating and battery life issue you've faced with the ROG Ally and for the inconvenience caused. This is not the kind of quality to expect from ASUS products and it's not the norm. Based on the issues described, we recommend updating the BIOS. It is recommended that the BIOS and firmware be downloaded and updated for system performance optimization. The update takes a few minutes, please do not turn off the device during the process to avoid a critical problem that the system cannot be turned on. The following FAQ below provides the troubleshooting steps.

That is the only time i can recommend it. So far i had a great experience with it. The only two ganes i played is Fallout 76 and resident evil 4. So far no complaints
