Since Windows 11 has these almost daily required updates, chances are your handheld will shutdown and corrupt you files and break something every other day. I was in desktop support for 5 years and this is just insane. I've spent 10% of my time playing games and 90% of my time trying to get it to work. Love the idea. hate the poor and lazy product. Both Microsoft and Asus to blame here. Save your money. not even worth $400. First one I got was broken too. Buttons also feel cheap.

Based on the issues described, we recommend updating the BIOS. It is recommended to download and update the BIOS and firmware for system performance optimization. The update takes a few minutes, please do not turn off the device during the process to avoid a critical problem that the system cannot be turned on. The problem I had is it was not powerful not for the games that I Wanted to play. And without a stable internet connection. It was not a product.

Get a switch instead

Just get a Nintendo switch or pay the extra for the Z1 Extreme

Only get a open box if you can inspect in person
