It set up fine but now having issues with all of my Alexa products, (lights, echo, and blink camera. Have to call Amazon to get it straight. They no longer list a telephone number to call so may be out of commission for awhile.

I love Amazon echo products! They never disappoint. We use them just about everywhere in the house! The blue is beautiful I wish the 8inch came in blue!

Great if you have multiple devices. Very good to have in multiple rooms.

Works great! I use it as an alarm clock and quick hands free inquiries. It also has the drop in feature. Great if kids have to wake up and get ready for school while your at work. it's like a nanny.

Got this for my dad for Christmas and he loves it! Simple to setup and to use.

As someone who sleeps through her alarms, Alexa always wakes me up. Mid putting on my uniform, “Alexa what’s the weather” (because Texas is unpredictable), I’m able to figure out how many layers to wear for the afternoon and night as I’m brushing my teeth/doing my hair. Not to mention when I get home, I can turn my bedroom lights/TV on and off on command. Best purchase ever.

I purchased this item for a 92 year young woman. She loves it & she feels safer knowing it will call out for help in case of emergency. Or if she just wants to hear history stories back in her time.

I am totally awed by the richness of the sound coming out of a small device! Screen is easy to use and images are crisp. Setting up smart devices was easy and it communicates efficiently with the devices.

To look at it, you wouldn’t think there is a difference. Well, it is. The sound is much louder and clearer. It even has a little bit more processing speed. Much better from generation one I have.

I love my eco5 it does everything to help my day be easier and better.

Nice little screen for smart home. I use this as an intercom screen for my ring doorbell. Another useful feature I use is to make a shopping list which automatically transfers the list to my phone.

Great product. I purchased for my mom who did not like Alexa. It is so funny, now she can not live without this device. I am so happy for her!

Bought this for my mom so she can connect with us and alse see who is at her door through her ring camera. Connecting the ring to it was a little tricky but I was able to do it.
