The first one we received was broken so we returned that one. The second works as it should. The directions aren't the best but we figured it out. The vacuum does fairly good but the mop is not very good at all. First it leaks a steady stream of water while moping and if it needs to return home to charge you should take the tank off so that it won't leak all over your floor. It can not mop my bathroom as the wheels will spin in place on the tile. My house is tiny and it runs out of water before it is finished. I wouldn't purchase this unit again.

Went entry level that came with home base. Have basset hound, does pretty good with dog hair. Does great picking up this West Texas dust. When this one goes out we will be purchasing another may upgrading to the 9 that is supposed to be superior for dog hair. Did not purchase extended warranty. Product came with 1 year from Best Buy. Bought Christmas 2023 was happy with price and availability at store. Did take several tries to connect to app first time.
