I thought that this was a great deal on Black Friday for the combo washer dryer for under $1,000 I do love all of the features it seems to have but this washer is very noisy and sounds as though it's struggling most of the time to work. I didn't know if this was normal as I've never had this type of washer but it's becoming more and more apparent that there's definitely a defect here. Today I've experienced two error codes. One of them is due to the technician hooking my hot and cold water lines up incorrectly. Totally unacceptable! I will be contacting the store.

Love that the top is transparent as to be able to see whats going on inside. Able to wash much larger loads than previous machine. I like that when I pause the cycle, it unlocks the door (if you have to adjust the clothing in the machine). End of cycle 'song' is a bit much, but not horrible, and not too loud.
