Takes 8 restarts and 47 minutes to open the settings app. I tried for 3 months to reset the whole thing and couldn’t even do that. When I finally tried to take it back they refused. A 3 month old laptop and the trade in value was $0. I bought it so my son could do school work with YouTube or gaming distractions so thought the lower performance would prevent that. But it’s not low performance it’s no performance. This is a scam and Best Buy should be ashamed of themselves for selling it. I smashed it on the ground before I walked out. That’s how much literal garbage it is. Shame on you for scamming people Best Buy.

Glitching

The lower third of the screen has black lines appear as if the screen is broken. Tried restarting which seems to solve the issue for now. Very unexpected to see this from a brand new laptop.

I waited about 30-45 minutes and tried to start working on it, it started to freeze and wouldn’t open up any app or the internet (yes, we have good internet connection) and it kept giving me error messages. I restarted multiple times and also shut it down and left it for 30 minutes 2 times thinking it may help it perform better..when I turned it back on the second time it gave me an error message before I was even able to log in..I know Lenovo’s are good computers, but I think I just got a dud

I opened the box 4 hours ago and have been pulling my hair out ever since. It is so slow and painful to use. Forced updates are stuck, internet is slooooow, and can’t install any apps because they aren’t “Microsoft Verified”. And yes, I’ve tried modifying the settings to allow install…but the setting doesn’t seem to exist on this laptop. I’ll be returning this garbage tomorrow!
