    Don't do it. Walk away from this purchase. I just returned a Shark Rotator that failed after just two uses, and decided to upgrade to this model. I will be returning this one tomorrow. Not only is the description deceptive (you don't get the docking station) but this thing is completely useless. I can't charge it. They put the wrong charger in the box!! Both the battery and the charger have male connections, so it is impossible to plug it in. Even if they provided the correct parts, read the other reviews. The battery is garbage. You will only get 5 to 10 minutes off a fully charged battery. No thank you Shark. You've had 2 strikes in a row and I don't dare try for a third. I'm going back to Bissell.

    We already had 2 vacuums but really wanted one I would use lol... this is so easy and does both types of floors without changing anything.

    Works great on hardwood floors. On carpets it wasn't as great as hoped. The motor picks up on carpet and does an OK job. It just didn't match our expectations. Great in every other way though

    Honestly to me wasent as strong and didn’t get edges really well. Battery didn’t last long not sure if it was a defect .

    Amazing vacuum cleaner. The best part I love is nothing tangles in the brush but it will all collected into the bin to be emptied. Very easy to handle.

    Great vacuum all though we actually ended up with a Dyson because the Dyson was gifted to us and non-returnable such a bummer. Great to clean up the kids snacks it’s left over on the floor.
