Great product! Would recommend to family and friends

Does the job as described, just wish the reservoir for the cleaning solutions were bigger. Be prepared ahead of time and purchase multiple bottles of the carpet cleaning solution as it’ll run out fairly quick, especially if you have a bigger project.

We researched the Shark CarpetXpert and concluded it would meet our needs and it has exceeded our expectations. we could not be more happy with our choice and the service we received from Best Buy personnel helping to complete our purchase.

I used it to clean heavy stains in my carpet that usuallt don’t come out, but sure enough they did.

You can vacuum your carpets 100 times and this thing will still clog and leave wet debris all over the place. Constantly have to disassemble to clear clogs and most of the water is just left behind in the carpet anyway. Now after only about 5 uses the thing is just shutting off a couple minutes into the job. Get something else.

So far works great. The stainstriker attachment is great for cleaning up messes quick without having to operate the entire vacuum.

Do I even have pets? Not with this carpet monster obliterating any trace of pet hair from my house.

I have three small dogs in my carpeted apartment, needless to say that deep cleaning is a must, the handheld option is awesome for the stairwells

Used it for the first time on cleaning mt truck seats and it done a great job, can't wait to done the carpet in the house.

Pretty dependable. Cleaning power is adequate but not as good as professional which is what I need sometimes for my carpets. Like the dual chambers for cleaner and icy-clean. Recommend it for common basic cleaning needs.

This would make the third actual wet, vacuum cleaner that I have purchased in the past two years and apparently this one uphold to its original name as shark always does

When I first bought this cleaner it did exactly what I needed it to do, but after my 8th to 9th use it stop shooting out water when i was trying to clean my area rug. The hand held part still works perfectly fine. I will be returning it for repairs. I need this machine because I havw 2 dogs and 6 people that live in my house.

Excellent Machine! Does a good job with spots on the floor and on my mattress. All spots were removed with no problems and I assume future spots will also be removed.

Awesome carpet cleaner! It has not one, two but 3 different size nozzles for spot cleaning!

Not our cup of tea. This would be useful to a household that has somewhat new carpet or rugs. Our apartment unfortunately has some matted areas where there is high traffic and it was no good there. This doesn't mean it isn't a great cleaner, it means it just wasn't for us.
