Really easy to setup , I like the jobs she did it’s making my life really easy now The only bad thing is the life of the battery

So I always by shark vacuums. and I already had a stratos stick vacuum this by far is the best cordless stick vacuumed I ever owned. Self empty is great suction is also great. Scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a 10 hands down.

I love how lightweight this vacuum is and also the convenience to be able to use for other purposes such as vacuuming my couch or other furniture.

I really recomend this vaccum is easy to use and very good at cleaning.

Vacuum has been perfect for wood and carpet. Picks up dog hair great. The stand with a stick vacuum has been fantastic for storage and easy access. Haven’t had an issue with it yet.

Vacuum is the right size. Very light and easy to handle the auto empty doc is a great feature

Goes from carpet to hardwood floors and back with ease, the suction grabs all dog hair around it. Definitely recommending it to family and friends. Best vacuum I’ve ever bought!

Pro: great suction on hard surfaces, self empty is a great feature Cons: leaves piles of pet hair on carpet when moving vacuum backwards, I bought This one year ago. The battery doesn’t even last 5 minutes now. So for that reason the cons most definitely out way the pros of this vacuum. It’s $380 cheaper a year later. Shark should send out an extra battery for every person that wasted their money on this vacuum.

At first I was deeply in loved with it !!! Best vacuum ever but then I realized that it lost its power suction after 6 months. I clean my vacuum once every week. So there isn’t any hair stuck or anything in the way I’ve taken it apart multiple times in order to clean it but it seems to have lost the ability to pick up more . I feel like it works better on carpet than hard floor . Also you cannot used the automatic speed changes when using it as a hand held vacuum.

Clean the house with out breaking a sweat super amazing vacuum cleaner. I like the way it cleans it self also a definite have to get if you have constantly playing pet hair

Anyone else having battery problems?? Mine does not run more than 20 minutes even after a 5+ hr charge?! Can I replace the battery or did I get a lemon? Debating returning at this point despite how great it works for the 20 minutes its running?! :(

This is absolutely Scary amazing because it does work that you don’t even know you needed done! Pure magic, no words on how amazing!

For me it wasnt that great the batey didn’t last. Maybe it’s good for someone with a small home or apartment. Mine is 4 bedroom EVERYTHING carpet except kitchen.

Love it! Works great for our hybrid space that includes rugs, carpet, tile, and hardwood floors. Love the auto detection, and the way it cleans itself. Second product I invest into and very happy with the brand.

So far so good. Have only had for a little over a month and it works better than the Samsung stick vacuum I had prior. Love the convent of everything being together. One charge easily does my whole house.

By far the best vacuum I’ve ever purchased, especially for a stick vacuum. Immaculate suction, cleaning power and easy to use. For the price, it’s well worth it.

So far so good. Haven’t used it a whole lot but it’s light weight and seems to pick up well. When your done, hang it back up and it automatically empties.

Great purchase, the Shark brand is usally my go to for vacuum cleaners. I love the fact its self emptying, only downside is the battery doesn’t last as long as it probably should.

It worked great when we first got it but since buying it, or gives off a bad odor when vacuuming. It clogs more often than it should and we always have to clean off the emptying hatch because the magnet always gets clogged up. It was easy to put together but it's so expensive for not being so great.
