    Laptop arrived in great condition and I am satisfied. The charger they sent with it on the other hand, looked disgusting (yellowed as if had been aged by cigarette smoke for the last 5 years) and was not even the correct charger for this device. Went in store to swap it out and the customer service manager took good care of me but I was still appalled that they would have even sent that charge to someone with how it looked.
