Wrong product sent

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received a wrong product and best buy customer support doesnt exchange for the correct product. Best buy only offers return and the price of product is increased now. I went to store and they asked to contact customer support as this was purchased online and online support says they cant exchange and talk to store manager. I wasted my time and lost other deals during thanksgiving for not getting the right support and customer care. I dont recommend refurbished products from Best Buy. Had a rough experience.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.2 of the 3 computers were fine. 1 had to be returned. This disruption ruined the Christmas gift giving aspect of the holiday. A computer by Jan 6th has been promised. We shall see.
