No Adapter cord

Poor defaults in set up

Of course, no mention of this in packaging, etc. This caused major frustration in trying to set up the computer and was quite difficult to work around for a non techy person.

Don’t buy anything from Best Buy

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had it 3 weeks battery wouldn’t charge, ran diagnostics on battery said no battery found, made appointment with Best Buy took it back, they wouldn’t do anything, said I could go buy a battery from Amazon, they didn’t even look at it slid it half out of the box that was it I can see why places are going out of business, I’ll never buy anything else from BestBuy

NOT A VERY GOOD LAPTOP!!!!

It doesn’t hold a charge longer than an hour may be even less than that. It isn’t as fast as it should be and overall I am very dissatisfied with this laptop being that I paid over $600 to not be able to use it for work or school. NOT A VERY GOOD LAPTOP.

Quit working after 1 year

After that, it seems unable to withstand any windows updates and just spins for hours in srartups. Had to wipe computer clean to get it working again. That lasted a little iver 1 month and then same thing happened again. I decided to buy a new laptop. I did not buy another HP! Hopefully better luck next time.
