    I had to return this thing after a week. Could not beleive how slow it was to do the most mundane tasks. Opening settings takes twenty seconds, there is a lag any time you type and webpages time out. Felt like a lemon straight of the box.

    Owned this computer for less than 2 months. Ive turned it on probably 10 times and now it wont power up. Best buy “tech support” said to just try and return it. I wont buy this computer again nor one from best buy.

    I am very happy with the laptop, it’s speed and storage capacities are very good for a “budget” item. It could use some extra USB ports. The I7 processor is great for daily use as well as the touch screen.
