Still in the process of transitioning from my nearly 5 year old workhorse laptop to this new laptop, but so far I am very pleased. Blazing fast. Wish the keyboard had sharper contrast between the color of the keys and the color of the keyboard text. But I also bought a new Logi USB keyboard, so the keyboard contrast problem is solved when I am working at my desk, which is probably 95% of the time. Have not tested battery life yet, but it's sure to be much better than my old laptop which had reached the point where it needed to be plugged in most of the time.

Fast processor, great for everyday task.I bought it for my mother she uses it for work and school and so far everything is doing great.

I recommend the HP brand for everyone it's super speady with a touch screen all I needed

It's an excellent laptop for the price. It's pretty fast and has a decent amount of memory. The only drawback is that there is no CAT5 connection port.

Very nice lapto for work and entretaiment, it is fast and easy to use. The only thing I don't like is the weight, it's a little bit heavy. The rest is fine Im very pleased with the lapto

I am fully satisfy with laptop. Good for kids learning web designing and AI platforms. Only problem i faced i need to give time to switch out of S mode windows. I don’t know about this because my kids learning web work here. When they faces problem then i am to see but easily find out issue. I am not soft tech, but know little bit how to use laptop. We bought another from best buy that also hp laptop but high range $1249.99. Even that work 360 degree piece i7 evo chip my that kids is super smart god bless him. I like hp products quality and performance is always very good. Now I owned 4 hp laptops only in my house very funny but they are very good.

I purchased this to travel for work with. This laptop has worked perfectly! Battery life is great. While this was a lower end model, it has handled my remote style work with ease. And it has even been used for Minecraft play without issue

Works really well. Perfect for general computer needs like writing and browsing the internet. Streamed videos no problem as well. Would buy again

Performed well, however I did return it due to hearing the fan when running multiple softwares just because I am very picky about that. Other than that it's pretty solid.

It is a great product . the display and touch works really smooth ,it has a long battery life with great speed. I'm impressed with the product , it is easy to carry anywhere.

I had read the reviews on this laptop, the good and the bad, and I have found that from my experience since buying several months ago, that this was a solid, non-regrettable purchase. It is lightweight enough to take anywhere I go, yet not so much so that it feels flimsy. I have encountered not a singular problem in anything I do on it, which even includes some light gaming. The screen looks great. I would recommend this a thousand times over.

Love the keyboard and ease of use of this new laptop. It is very fast and responsive. Meets my needs for data, email, billing, research, etc.

This is a well-built laptop with great specs for the price. It was easy to set up. I bought this for my wife to replace her ancient all-in-one, and she is happy with the the large screen and full-size keyboard. There are enough USB ports for her needs, and as a photographer I was happy that hers has the full-size SD slot, vs the micro one on my smaller laptop. Even though the i7 is two gens back, the speed and RAM should make this a keeper for a while.

I replaced my old HP laptop for this one and I am happy with it. It works great! It has 512GB internal storage, 16GB RAM, and it is touchscreen. I can't ask for more!

Descent touchscreen laptop. It is a fast PC. Battery life is still isn’t that long. That’s just an HP thing.
