For what it is, it is good. It does start off Fn locked so make sure to change that if you prefer to use your F1-12 keys in the BIOS during start-up. It works well, and came in good crisp condition. It's a replacement for my Acer, better than it but cheaper in price actually!

I bought this because it is compatible with a lot of apps and websites related to patient and healthcare and so far I've been very satisfied with the price I paid

So far, so good. The size is perfect since I no longer need my extra monitor. It is fast and easy to use. It does not overheat like previous models. I was originally considering a Mac but this is budget friendly and is a great value.

Works great. The keyboard is really user friendly and the laptop is super fast The salesperson was very helpful and the geek squad was very friendly and knowledgeable and met all of our needs. Best Buy has great customer service.

A 15-inch laptop with a 10-key pad included. Add in touch-screen and HP quality. A winner. I wish the computer could be opened with one-hand, like my old Samsung - two hands are required with the HP.

I got this for my wife to use for college, she has used it everyday for 2 years and it’s been nothing but good!

Laptop has very good features at a good price. Pickup was good. Only issue was, the laptop was an open box item, not packaged which I though they could have used a least bubble wrap to protect it from scratches.

I love this laptop. I bought it mainly for school and it is fast. The last laptop I got was exchanged 3 times before I settled on the one I used. I hope I will be able to use this for a long time.

Bought this to replace my work Mac Air. In many ways this is a superior machine. I will need to replace another Mac Air within the year. Will be buying a second one of these computers.

Ou old laptop finally died and we decided to try this one. Right out olf the box it was great. Took only a few minutes to set up and it is working fine. It is very fast. Memory is great. Battery life is fantastic. I would highly recommend this computeer .

I purchased this machine because I needed a 64-bit operating system to be able to use the 2024 edition of Turbotax, So far I am very happy with this laptop, especially how fast it runs, as compared to my older, which is a much older HP computer.

It is really a nice product and especially for graduates and trainees since I have bought it for my son who is in 4th year B.Tech and he is using it for lab/project work. It is amazing product in terms of performance as well. I can recommend this product
