    I made a great choice when I purchased the HP laptop. I’m able to use different programs without any issues. I’m not techie so the laptop is not complicated to figure out. I use it for work and pleasure.

    This computer started giving me trouble 3 months after I bought it brand new. The computer screen would just black out in the middle of use. I brought it into Geek Squad, and they fixed that part, however from then on every couple of days the screen would flicker, and then freeze. I've had the computer less than 2 years and I already have to buy another one.

    Great computer but the newer ones have less USB ports and no disc drive. Also had to purchase adapter in order to plug into c port instead of Ethernet. Not crazy about these changes but otherwise, I would recommend this laptop.

    This laptop is perfect. I originally got it for my son who started homeschooling and wanted a touchscreen for the laptop. It has been perfect for homeschooling and other uses. The battery life is great and the speed Is also excellent. Very satisfied!

    Very satisfied with this laptop. It is very fast with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD drive. Graphics are excellent. I would buy it again. Have not found a feature I did not like.
