This tool was rather large but easy to fit on my head with comfortable straps.

Excellent product, another absolute winner from the TheraBody line of products.

Really wish there were more customizeable settings, every time the vibration starts and you have to go through red light and blue light, I only want to do the red light.

This purchase is a Christmas gift for my wife. She hasn’t used as of it this product. We’ve purchased other Therabody products and they have never disappointed us. I trust this product will fulfill her needs.

I just had the worst customer service experience on a call with Best Buy. I placed an order online and the item was to be delivered the next day (in fact, there were two items being delivered, one of which I received.) The whole day I’d been receiving txt messages saying my other item was being delivered by 9pm. Out of nowhere, at around 3pm, I get a message that the item was being returned to the shipper! I was home the whole day (and I have ring cameras everywhere) no one came to deliver this package and I certainly did not refuse the package. I called around 7:30pm to see if the item was still being delivered because I received and email saying it was back out for delivery tonight. The man said it was in deed still arriving tonight. Since I hadn’t gotten confirmation from any emails and the system still said updating back to shipping, I wanted to know for sure it was coming, so I called back. This person not only said my order wasn’t arriving, but also told me I was being refunded (which will take 10 days!) and I would have to repurchase the item in order to receive it sooner. There is no reason they couldn’t send out a new order for the item, since they had confirmed it was being processed to their shipping department already. Horrible customer service. Gives me zero incentive to repurchase there. Absolutely disgraceful.

This product is better than other brands with better build and more lights

Really works well. I was a bit skeptical but I’m seeing improvement.

Best Buy keeps stating that “we’re working to get the product to you in a few days”…. BB support has no answers. Nothing from corporate. Just purgatory.
