Recommend Dell Inspiron HIGHLY

I bought it because I had no problems with my previous one and the price was less than comparable laptops. It came with Microsoft security, so not necessary to purchase additional security product. This Computer has all the bells and whistles I need. I also purchased Best Buy Total with it to assure I get any assistance I as a senior might need!

Windows 11 crashed after 4 days

I spent a few hours with Dell technical support only for them to tell me it had crashed and could not be repaired online. So I took it back to Best Buy and they exchanged it. I was very surprised and happy with that!! Best Buy lived up to their 15 day warranty. I willl shop Best Buy again in the future.

Just what I needed

I had a list of requirements, but am not technologically inclined, and don't understand the tech talk. My brother does, so I tasked him with finding me what I wanted. He found this little gem. I love it. My only complaint is the battery seems mediocre. Other than that, it is pretty great.

Great price great laptop bad shipping

It is gopd enough for college homework like essays etc. Have not tried coding with it yet. Seems fast enough. One major issue with it is shipping, there is not air bags or fomes to protect my laptop when it arrived, just box with in a box terribly shipping. My laptop could very well be damaged due to BAD PACKAGING. But luckily it is fine.
