Good little computer. Bought this as a backup laptop for working from home so I didn't have to take my laptop home from the office all the time....so far I have no complaints...and I purchased this item like new refurbished. Well worth it :-)

This computer meets my needs perfectly. I appreciate the Geek Squad transferring information from my old computer. This was an emergency purchase without time for a lot of vetting and the Best Buy team helped me select the right computer for my needs.

Perfect for what i needed. Low cost laptop which provides all of the functionality of a user who surfs the web and does basic email and general word processing and Excel spreadsheets. Fast enough for general use. I've been happy with the laptop and would buy again.

Computer runs great. Easy setup (besides Microsoft’s stupid account requirement). Love the smooth it runs and the speakers sound better than average built in speakers.

Purchased to play Baldur's Gate 3 since it meets minimum game requirements. Technically the game does launch, but it's not playable even at lowest settings (delayed/stuck actions/dialogue; unable to process loading up a save file mid-game; gliding instead of walking). Got hot/loud fan.

Bought the Dell laptop for my daughter who is a first grade teacher. She needed one that she could use for her school work at home. She loves the Dell and says that it works great and all her programs for school loaded and work very well for her.

I have been using this device for a couple of weeks and very happy with the purchase. The Battery life is impressive and worth the price. Please dont worry about the S mode since that can be disabled very easily.

Was looking for replacement laptop. Great price, good performance. The one I was replacing died right after I bought it. My wife has a more expensive Dell she had for a while so we went with Dell. I am glad I bought it when I did.

So far, so good. It was easy to set up. It does everything it is supposed to do. The price was great. This is a great choice for someone who only needs a laptop mostly for internet and email. I could tell you more when I have had it longer.

I love the computer but the assistance and help from the geek squad really made my experience awesome I was so worried I was going to mess it up but after the staff helped me set everything up I was ready to go and felt confident in my purchase

Good product. Works as it should because it's new. This is the second Dell laptop I've owned. I'm a little worried that parts won't be available for it when I know I'll need them, forcing me to buy yet another one.
