I got this for my kid. I don’t have usage time with the item besides setting it up. Which was simple enough. It handles his needs of gaming, YouTube, educational games.

Overall a very solid computer for the price tag. I would only recommend buying if it is on sale under 400 dollars. It has an excellent budget value at that price with the touch screen, i5 processor, and SSD. Nothing crazy impressive, but good value!

Great laptop for a person just starting with this type technology. Very easy to set things up: registering with Microsoft and Dell and loading Microsoft Office. The person using it will be starting community college in January.

Overall, the computer is a great. Has all the features I was expecting. I forgot to check for one important feature, a backlit keypad. It's hard to imagine why the make any laptops without this important feature.

The Dell Inspiron 15 3520 Touch Laptop is a sleek and powerful computing solution. The touch screen is very responsive and the hinges are strong. You don't get the screen wobble. The plastic is a little soft.

Haven't had any issues so far, and it seems to be exactly what I wanted. Faster than expected. Using in office as well with external keyboard and dual monitor for accounting, email, other office apps.

I purchased the Dell computer in the box unseen as there was none on display. Later, when opened I found a case design which created a problem for me. I had wanted more memory and storage, but I made that choice which is ok.

Got this laptop during the black Friday sales event and honestly couldn't be happier. It's perfect for my needs and it's fast, a perfect replacement for my old broken one. Highly recommended!

Always have been a Dell fan. With that being said this laptop does everything you need it too, but for the price, my last Dell had a lot more *perks*. Overall still a Dell fan because ease of use.

So far so good . It’s fast everything is working fine and the price is awesome. The only little issue I think I will have is the battery draining a little faster than I anticipated but I think overall is good product.
