Decent price for the specs, but just wish it would have come with a bigger HD and 8mb more ram. Fortunately storage and memory are cheap these days.

Great basic computer. Use for work only. I've been having some screen issues where the screen shakes side to side and I'm not sure why or how to fix it. Battery doesn't last too long if you're working on it consistently. Have to plug it in throughout the day.

I had an emergency purchase I needed to make and went online to a Best Buy in Gulfport, MS. I live California. It was very easy to make my purchase and I literally checked out in less than 15 minutes to complete my purchase. I arranged for someone to pickup my order and when they arrived there were no issues whatsoever! This is a great example of a great buying experience. Would I purchase from BestBuy again? Indeed I would under any circumstance!

I'm glad the tech recommended adding a 1T drive to this computer. I like it well enough so far. It should meet my needs, but I am still toying with the idea of returning it and going ahead and buying an All-in-One, which is what I've had for 10 years. I thought a laptop would be more efficient in terms of space. However, by the time I added a larger monitor, a port for extra USB slots, an external mouse and keyboard, it's feeling more cumbersome than I wanted. I'll wait a few weeks to see if I get the feel of the reorganized space.
