Great product, great service and the help that was provided was amazing

I take very good care of all of my electronics to where they last for several years - this laptop only made a year. I read some of the reviews to see I was not the only one experiencing this issue, but the laptop is cheaply made. The plastic snapped causing the screen to slowly detach from the keyboard. It still works because I have duct tape holding it together but I am unable to open/close the lid of the laptop now. The duct tape no longer is working and the laptop is to the point where it is glitching. It is time to buy a new one and pray the new one is not cheaply made.

Great laptop for what I need. Not very sturdy but good for school. Very affordable too

This computer was a great purchase. No surprises; Dell is always consistent with their products. You can always upgrade this computer if needed but for me it does the job.

I'm trying to get out of my comfort zone and learn computers. This laptop has been very easy and I'm very pleased with it. It's very user friendly!

After dropping my computer off they told me a couple days on it, that same evening i received a notice that they.wete working on it and it was done the next day,10 for.the team.

I love this computer. I always had a Dell at work and they are great computers. Responsive and with a great keyboard.

I like the computer itself. It is basic and does what a standard laptop needs to do. I was disappointed with my open-box purchase. There is a persistent issue where the start menu will pop up and down repeatedly for no apparent reason. Apparently, I should have known that when I bought it and Best Buy would not fix it. It also did not include a power cord which should truly be standard or at least specified at the time of purchase.

My husband needed a new laptop of general purposes like e-mail, web searches, document management, etc. This laptop fit his needs and was very affordable.

I disliked the operating software, Windows 11 S Mode. The operating software was very cumbersome and not user friendly. I liked the features and feel of the computer keyboard and screen. But, the software issue was a deal breaker. Laptop was returned. Also, purchased the Microsoft 365 Personal (Office Suite), not a big fan of this program either. It is not user friendly. Unfortunately, I can't return this purchase.

So far, so good. I've only had a few weeks and I haven't used it that much, but it is a solid machine. I'm not sure what its longevity is like, though.

So far, so good. Black Friday deal was just too good to pass up. Great "budget" build with specs that went above what I thought I'd get for just a shade over $300.
