It performed great and has uniquely defined features with the detachable controls. Sadly, the SDCARD reader would over heat during heavy use and stop working. My unit was a return item and they did not have another in stock for the same price so I returned instead of exchanging.

The employee helped us figure out the best option for our needs (for our Christmas shopping). Haven’t tried it yet since it’s a Christmas gift, but looks like it has all the features we are looking for.

I pre-ordered this on October 12th and it was shipped Oct 31st as promised and in my hands today, November 1st. IDK what everyone else is complaining about I've had nothing but positive experiences with Best Buy and will continue to buy from them
