||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased Feb. '25 and in the time I've had it. I had dreaded trying to play this handheld. The issue is 8 out of a 10 times it gets stuck where it doesn't start up. The phrase "the lights are on but no one is home" discribes my issues perfectly. Most times when I try to power it on, the lights come on and the fan starts but nothing comes on the screen. I did research too, and read reviews, but didn't find out this issue was common till I started looking for a fix. I regret this purchase and I hope this saves someone else from purchasing this device.

They are awesome and much better than the ROG ALLY. Had two ROG for my brother and myself. They both had SD card failure and even killed on of my SD cards. Very happy with Lenovo

Game Pass, Steam, and the Epic store all work well. The OLED screen is great. This is slowly replacing my Switch. The battery life is just fine.

After 9 attempts to get it updated and rebooted, I put it back in the box and returned. If you like gaming devices AND Windows, the look and feel were very nice.

We'd like to know more about what titles you have tried to play and on what platforms, as this can help to provide a more accurate troubleshooting solution; but for now, to address general issue we recommend checking that the latest Windows updates are applied by opening Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates, and for driver updates via the Legion Space app by opening Legion Space > Settings > Drivers > Check for updates.

Top and bottom usb c ports. Cons: Power button wouldnt always turn system on would just be a black screen. Would have to long press and restart. -Contoller analog felt like a cheap pc controller with bad deadzones and loose feeling. -even though the screen is 1440p which is why i purchased, unit just wasnt strong enough to handle playing games at that res.
