Zero hassle Zero complaints !
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was such a great deal as an open box, and it was in excellent condition as advertised. Lenovo has a great program that honors the date of purchase of your open box product and starts your warranty from the date you bought it, not the date that product was first sold. Super happy with this. People complain about the controllers or the weight, but I did not find either of those things to be an issue if I simply rested my hands on my lap while gaming.

Great PC portable
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm an old IT guy and gamer, and I love this device. For what it is and what it does it's pretty darn good. Yes, if you're not used to PC gaming and the tinkering that goes along with that, be ready to learn or maybe this device isn't for you. I wanted a portable that ran Windows for some games which is why after looking at options, I decided on the Legion Go. I've been pretty satisfied with this purchase. Great for what it is and what it does. Build quality I'm really impressed with. Don't expect a walk around 4090, but if you have realistic expectations, it's a decent performer on lower quality settings.

Returned due to multiple disappointments
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Big, bulky, uncomfortable to use, and full of gimmicks. I’m sure this is sufficient for many users, but I found it to be uncomfortable to use and lacking a decent battery. Legion Space isn’t great, drivers are woefully out of date, and the portrait display creates a lot of issues with older games and overlays. I found the sticks to be small and uncomfortable, and FPS mode adds extra buttons to the controller while also defeating the purpose of a handheld device. I ended up returning the GO, but as a positive, the screen is gorgeous.

I really wanted to love it, but…
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Large beautiful screen with 144hz (better for Baldour’s gate 3) Fast processor/GPU (same as ROGAlly) FPSmode Detachable controllers Bigger battery Cons: Legion Space interface is terrible Button placement of start/select is in a terrible spot (below the d-pad) FPS mode button placement is awkward to use and not easily re-mappable (cannot set per game) Performance is less than ROGAlly at identical settings Screen at 800p is more blurry than Ally at 720p AND runs slower. Screen is not VRR Screen is more reflective than Ally Heavy Sound is average at best and speakers are top-firing Verdict: i returned it and kept the ROGAlly and Steamdeck. I might be right for you if you value screen real estate above sound and ergonomics.

My PC gaming rig on a handheld!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome accessory to my Nvidia RTX 4090 gaming PC. I love my gaming rig but have been getting tired of being stuck at my desk every time I want to play and instead would rather enjoy lounging on the couch to play on a handheld while my wife and kids are watching TV. You know, family time ;) Disclaimer: my review is mostly going to be about my experience with PC streaming to the Legion Go. Up until now, I’ve been able to achieve high end PC gaming on an handheld form factor only by streaming my PC to my iPhone attached to the Razer Kishi controller. Unfortunately, smartphone screens are way too small to get a decent experience. 7in display on a Switch OLED or steam deck could work, but still would like something a little bigger in my opinion. Hence Legion Go is the answer! Here’s what I love about it: 1.) Screen - the size and picture quality is absolutely terrific! Resolution and refresh rate is up to par with my gaming monitor. It’s beautiful. This was my primary motivation for getting this over the ASUS rog ally or Steam Deck. 2.) Built in WiFi 6E - allows for high speed streaming (fast router needed too of course), enabling me to stream at 120fps with no noticeable picture quality loss, pixelation, or input lag. It’s as if I’m playing directly on my PC. 3.) Battery life - this is typically a con for most reviews I’ve seen, but if you’re streaming from a gaming PC, put the Legion Go in power saving mode. I’m able to play for over 2 hours and still have more than 50% battery left. 4.) versatility - when traveling or on the go, I can still game with this even away from my PC. At this point I would not bother with streaming outside of my home network, but installing the games onto the legion go and playing them directly from the device is still a great experience. Picture quality is obviously not as good due to relying on integrated GPU, so I mostly have to turn every graphics setting to low and also enable resolution scaling for AAA games. But overall still a good experience. 5.) windows 11 - I’m a little torn about this one. On one hand it’s great that this is basically a windows laptop, and as a windows user I can do everything on this that I would do on my PC. But on the other hand, using windows with touch and game controllers absolutely sucks. Windows is intended to be used with a mouse and keyboard, not this…but that’s what you have to expect when you opt for a windows based handheld vs something like a Switch or Steamdeck. The controller does have a track pad though, so that helps. But if you only ever intend to game and are not already a windows user, a windows based handheld might not be the best choice for you. Final thoughts: I’m a sucker for games with high end graphics and always want to experience them the way developers intended (hence the RTX 4090) and the Legion Go totally delivers an uncompromised experience for a handheld. So if you’re like me and already have a high end gaming PC, but just want to enjoy all that gaming power on a handheld with a gorgeous screen to utilize it, get the legion go. It’s also great to install and play games directly on it when out and about, but there you will have to compromise on battery life and graphics quality. That’s not the typical case for a user like me though, since I use it 90% of the time at home. Very happy with this device!

Amazing device - versatile and fun
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.PC gaming performance is great for this handheld. Dont expect to crank out ultra settings at high FPS, but you can get playable framerates at 800p resolution at low-medium settings in AAA titles. Older games or casual titles are a breeze to run, and emulators are a a piece of cake for the Legion Go. Battery life is the sole weakness - cranking up the power settings will drain the battery very quickly - about 1 to 1.5 hours. Too bad the days of hot swappable batteries are gone, so keep an external high capacity battery with you. It’s also a nice tablet for media consumption. If you travel a lot this is such a nice luxury to have - gaming, light productivity (bring a bluetooth mouse and keyboard), and media consumption all rolled into one.

I can play computer games again!
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought an aftermarket dock for it and hooked it up to the tv so I could play it like my switch. I love the detachable controllers so I can now play from the comfort of my couch while the system is docked. I choose this over the steam deck because it’s easy to add all of my gaming platforms on there, epic, gog, steam, etc.

Amazing gaming console
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It performs very well for a handheld device! You pretty much have to play with it plugged in due to the high energy demand of most games, though.

Powerful handheld
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Lenovo Legion Go rocks! Great for PC games on the go, with a giant screen. Downside: battery drains fast. Still awesome for chilling on the couch and gaming.

Powerful little machine
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a busy dad it’s hard for me to be able to get to my gaming PC like I used to - after a lot of research into different handheld options like the Steam Deck and ROG Ally I decided on the Go and haven’t looked back since. The screen is HUGE, and it runs some pretty demanding games at a smooth 60 FPS, and is perfect for less recent games in your Steam/Epic (or whatever platform you prefer) backlog. Even better - you can emulate console games if you want. Still waiting to pull the trigger? Don’t. You’ll love every second of it if you’re in the market for a handheld.

Surprisingly feature-packed!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Out of the wide range of available handhelds that have sprung up since the success of the Nintendo Switch and Steam Deck, this is the first Windows-based device that I saw that I was truly impressed with. It’s not a small handheld, and doesnt feel cheaply made. The controllers feel like a fully-grown evolution of the Switch’s Joy-Cons, and the trackpad and innovative “mouse” mode feel right at-home when you need it. It runs many games without issue, and there are tweaks that can be made to squeeze out as much battery life as possible. The fans also stay relatively quiet under load as well. Overall, I love this thing!

LeGo Fan - First Handheld PC
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Huge fan! Plays indie and 2D games at lightning-fast FPS and 3D AAA games at 30fps with high image quality. Battery is small-ish but you can easily supplement that with an external battery. Have gotten tons of use out of it already and expect to see tons more!

One of the best handhelds so Far
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its an awesome device. Coparing this gaming console to Valve Steam deck and Asus ROG Ally It has great ergonomics at least for me that I have big hands, I love the kickstand It has 2 usb 4 ports and are capable of using an egpu I plan to test this in the future. Performance wise its same as the ROG Ally but on a bigger and more appealing screen. I love how the controllers feel and appreciate that the controls can be removed to play wirelessly. I appreciate that the device comes with a case Overall Im really pleased with the device and will 100% recommend to a friend

Currently Best PC Handheld
|Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is definitely the best handheld game system out right now. The ROG Ally is SO uncomfortable to hold I don’t even understand how that design got manufactured. Steam deck is great, but it doesn’t natively run windows. This Legion Go however, is just amazing. It has features no other PC handheld has right now like detachable controllers. I bought this thinking I’ll return it if I don’t use it very often. I’ve been using it before bed every single night for a couple hours since I bought it. Which is saying a lot because I have a new born so I’m pretty busy everyday. It’s one of my favorite things I’ve bought in a very long time.

Legion Go
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Screen is large and very clear. Speakers needed to be directional as they are not as loud as other handhelds. Battery life is not great. Love how the controllers come off and can be used separately.

excellent handheld
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Open box excellent condition was great. couldn't see anything wrong with it. did take a bit to update everything, install steam/game launchers, download a couple of games so the first evening with the device didn't actually get to play anything. But after that it's been excellent. Switching the power button to hibernate has worked well at least in the games I've been playing so far. Screen is a good size. Kinda heavy, but when playing it laying down on my cough I'll rest the legion on the included case to offload the weight from my hands, so far that's worked well. had a nintendo switch for years but using this much more often.

Amazing handheld!!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ive had no problems with this thing. Yes, i own a gaming pc, and bought it because I wanted that psp gaming vibe like I was a kid again. Screen is very large and looks amazing. Quick performace setting menu is very helpful, easily play starfield, Enshrouded, Elden Ring, and Spiderman on it. There is a ton of fourms on tweaks for it, and if you want the extra performance swap it to a linux distro but make sure to save a backup of the device , I havent used the FPS joystick because like using it as a handhelp, but its basically a switch on steroids, great emulation even with ps3 games, and not disappointed with my purchase at all.
