I've owned the 1TB Legion for about a month now and I am incredibly happy with it. I was debating between this and the Asus ROG, but I ultimately went with the Legion for the added storage, large screen size, and future potential as it is a newer device. So far I'm blown away by it's capabilities and haven't touched a console since I bought it. My only regret is not purchasing one sooner.

So far this device has done exactly what I need it to do. I purchased to play JRPG titles and small games. I also now use this as the entertainment device on my home TV.

Excellent performance as a Steam device along with anything else Windows can do. Can be a replacement laptop with a keyboard and mouse and it's a great way to mix productivity with handheld gaming. You can add additional storage via SD and do all kinds of mods on the OS level with booting into Linux (which I haven't done) for the sake of performance. I think the device is really a 4.5/5 with a 3/5 controller. The buttons, sticks, and touchpad are great, it is the sharp edge on the bottom of the controller. You can lie down on a bed and play OEM Switch and Steam Deck controllers, you will hurt your hands with the Legion Go. That said, go on Etsy and look for ComfortGrips. With that the controllers are a 4.5. You have to cram the new form factor into the provided case, but it's not that big of a deal. You do lose the ability to use the little trap door for charging in the case, and that may or may not matter to you. Very worthwhile purchase.

I love the Legion Go. I originally had the Asus Ally but liked the bigger screen on the Legion Go. It's great for on-the-go gaming. I usually dock it when I am home and use an external monitor /mouse/keyboard. It has become my main way to game now. It gets better with every update. If there were one thing that I could change, it would be to upgrade it to 32 gigs of memory. I think the extra memory would help since it is shared with the GPU.

Good - on it's way to being great. It needs a little bit of software/firmware maturity, but this is a great device. Lenovo does a good job of pushing out updates every month, so I fully expect this to keep improving. FSR will be a really nice addition when the driver package is updated. The screen is beautiful, and the controllers fit my large hands very well - I could see it giving small handed people/kids issues.

Great handheld PC. Very versatile and the detachable controls are a plus.

The lcd screen and controls are great. The only con is the weight.

Overall fun device, very easy to manage power output for longer battery or high quality games. Also being able to detach the controllers and use one as a full mouse is a plus

I was apprehensive about buying a handheld that is so large and one that is about to be replaced shortly. I couldn't be happier with getting it. I got it on sale, which was a great deal. The updates aren't always quick to roll out but the community has these running games that look incredible. Yes its bigger, but I don't find it uncomfortable at all. Much easier to hold for longer periods than my Switch 1.

The Legion Go has raised the bar by a long shot. I've been playing on it almost everyday and have a hard time believing anyone else is going to meet many check boxes it has checked off... speed, graphics, sound, battery, customization, and feel. Compared to the Steam Deck, the Legion GO feels like quality just by holding it. I had the Steam Deck and returned it after a week of using it because it felt beta to me. The legion GO is the way to go ;) You wont be dissapointed.

Better than expected coming from a steam deck much more powerful and creen is fantastic

Its a great device i have no complaints it runs fast good graphics battery does dis quick but tbats expected on such a powerful device

I traded in my ROG ally for this. This handheld is FAR superior to the ally. My SDcard reader in the Ally broke (known issue) after only a couple weeks and the only remedy was to mail it back to ASUS and be without it for months, so I opted to use it with only the limited storage, was so excited when this came out. the display is gorgeous, and the detachable controllers are awesome. the dual USB 4 ports are also super helpful.

This is my first handheld gaming device since the gameboys. The screen is very clear, controls work great as well. I have not removed the controllers to play but i like the idea of being able to remove them like a switch. I will say it is kind of heavy but that doesnr bother me. All in all i am very please with my purchase and use it regularly since picking it up.

One of the best hand helds I own. I have been throwing emulators on it,increase the vram to 6gb. Runs great on a hot spot as well. I have a steam deck and I play on this way more because it is super convenient and super easy to add things on. It is literally a gaming pc in your hand. I would recommend it to everyone.

Ive had it for quite some time and will say that it is quite sturdy. Everything runns smooth. There are plenty of quick menu settings or easy access features. The game performance was pretty impressive...I played warzone on it...Its dependable and reliable... I dont have anything negitive to say about it other than it makes a random noice here or there lol...

I think i made the best choice. Although, i wish it had more space but overall it runs many games pretty well. It easily runs minecraft with like shaders and stuff really well and also runs cyberpunk and forza horizon 4&5 pretty well.

Great handheld PC GOOD for console gamers wanting to shift over like me

I love it. It's everything I could want in a handheld pc. It's fast, it's reliable, and the screen is downright gorgeous

The battery life is terrible for most of the games I play but at least it can run them. I sometimes have to stay plugged in for longer gamming sessions which suck with their flimsy usb-c adapters. I wish this came with a docking station or something comparable for longer gaming sessions. Also the thumbpads come off and are easy to lose and hard to replace.
