I really like it. It has a larger screen and the thumbsticks are backlit which is helpful for me when playing in the dark. Start up tends to lag a little but nothing too bad.

Best hand held next to Steam deck OLED

Got it open box for a great price. Its very well made. Not a fan of the controller gimmick with the built in FPS mouse, etc. Other wise id give it 5 stars. Cant wait for the new version to release with a bigger battery and better APU.

Get the new one with SteamOS from the start

You can press the Legion logo shortcut button to easily toggle power profiles to help prioritize battery life when necessary or create a custom profile that is the right for you.
With the system operating system, we offer this Legion Go and other Legion Go products with other operating system options, and we recommend purchasing a system that aligns with your preferences so that you can enjoy using the device how you'd like to use it.

Great for what it is.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 16gb of ram can be a bottleneck for the z1e with more recent AAA titles but its a great device for what it is and Ive enjoyed being able to game more than I normally would be able to with 2 young kids. If you travel a lot or have kids I would highly recommend this.

Disregard the low reviews for people not understanding how to use it. I loved this handheld but could not get it to perform even close to what other have put out there. I spend hours doing different setting and profile setting and it would not perform well at all. All my games were choppy and grainy. Not what others were showing on videos. I am sure it could have been me but I tried. Will try the new one, hopefully it will be better.

Overall my experience has been full of surprises. The battery life might be an issue for some people but plugging it in might work as there are 2 USB c ports. The fps mode was a something I have not seen in any other handheld, it was good just needs some design reworks. Overall I have had fun with this device but it’s not for someone who already has a decent gaming PC/Laptop but for people who have a MacBook and want to do light gaming, it’s perfect.

With a couple of peripherals and a larger monitor to plug into you now have a desktop PC to use. Although I play a game or two (in which for those who like it comes with 3 months of Xbox game pass) I mainly use it for my college work and work from home job. No more of a hassle carrying it on a plane or otherwise- it's the perfect space saver (and not as heavy as a laptop either. Basically imagine a PC the size of an 8 inch tablet!
