    Great Device.... HORRIBLE SUPPORT

Don't get me wrong, the device is great. A bit loud, and the speakers are tinny - but I use headphones. It's run everything great with a bright crisp screen. The issue isn't the device, it's the company. Be aware that Lenovo is the worst customer service company that I have every had the misfortune of trying to work with. The device comes with a limited warranty and it is fragile. It can break pretty easily, especially if you're a busy dad with two kids. I have been trying to engage the warranty on the device and the tech team doesn't have access to the warranty team.. and the warranty team is simply a sales team (not there to resolve issues but to make sales). I've spent HOURS trying to work with them on my upgraded warranty and they cannot get out of their own way. In summary? I love the device. However, it's not near worth the problems working with Lenovo. Buyer be ware.

The Lenovo Legion Go is huge. That can be a good thing, because it's screen is gorgeous. Having used other handhelds for both gaming and media consumption, I can easily say the Go has one of the best screens in the market. Unfortunately, the current software issues and my own personal issues with the ergonomics were enough for me to return the Go. The detachable controllers, while sturdy enough, are absolutely covered in buttons. If you aren't holding the Go in a way that hurts your palms, you're likely pressing multiple buttons accidentally which just doesn't feel great. I know you can disable them in the software, but coming from years with a console gamepad or even streaming to something like the Logitech G Cloud, having all of the extra buttons hurt the experience more than it added to it. In my opinion, the hardware is solid, the software issues can be resolved (no guarantees they will be though), but overall, it wasn't a seemless enough gaming experience for me to keep the device.

Awkward feeling console that's awesome at the same time. My main gripe with this is it only has one fan instead of two. The fan is located in the right side and the left side seems to get too hot. The resolution is higher than what it can play most games at. This causes games to look blurrier on the big screen as you have to run them at 800p or to get decent performance.

It can handle everything I throw at it. Only buy if you're familiar with how windows works, because this machine will requires quite a bit of time & knowledge to set it up properly, like driver updates, Bios, debloat windows, etc. Runs well with Steam, but not so well if you want to llay games using Gamepass because you'll experience some annoying bugs.

It’s a great system but you have to make adjustments to get it to work properly. It also gets warm fast, and the controller is bulky. I just use an Xbox controller to play it.

I went to the store to buy 1 and I end up with 2 lol, so my husband and I can play together and so far it’s awesome we both LOVE IT and we have so much fun playing together . It bugs a tiny bit but they’re coming out with more updates to fix it but honestly it doesn’t bother us because the bugs are so small so it not a problem but everything else is great :)

I love my Lenovo Legion Go! The battery life is a bit short, but I’m almost never far away from my charger when using it anyway. It allows me to play all the indie pc games I’ve been dying to play, without investing $1000s into a pc

Perfect out of the box, I’ve had it about a month and no complaints. I did the research before purchasing and knew exactly what I was getting and what to expect but I can my expectations have been exceeded, this “little” thing is dope and has become an extension to my PC that I’m unfortunately away from a lot most day. Do your research before buying and know how to navigate windows 11.

I love the legion go, the screen and being able to play basically whatever I want in a portable system is really awesome! There have been some software updates since launch and it seems to have fixed the issue I had when I would have to hard restart the system when copy pasting files from the as card to the internal hard drive. Overall I hope they keep optimizing the software and I look forward to many more years of use.

Great handheld. Very immersive size screen! Love it so far compared to the ally and deck. 2nd best option would be the ally but for me i just love the kick stand and if needed removable joy cons. Wish it was an oled screen and if it had front facing speakers and maybe some custome screen rgb setting to change the contrast and colors of the screen.

      Hey Whiskeypro,

Thank you for choosing Lenovo and for sharing your feedback with us!

Regarding battery life, depending on the demand of the game you're playing, by pressing the Legion R button to launch the quick menu, you can switch to lower power mode to save battery. In the menu, under the performance tab, users can toggle thermal modes and prioritize battery life by using the default mode or creating a custom thermal mode should you not be satisfied with the 3 presets. These adjustments can also be made by going into Legion Space > Settings (Legion Space can be launched quickly by pressing the Legion L button (Legion Logo above the button).

With sound, other users have found their experience to improve by suspending the default sound profile and making adjustments to their liking.
