Love this item wish I had bought it sooner wonderful product

Amazing all in one scanner/printer. Really fast and high quality printing 2 sided. Also the 2 sided scanner with document feeder makes scanning real documents front and back so much easier. Quick to connect and use.

This is the best home office printer I've ever owned. What is really fantastic for me is that when I scan a two sided document to a file, it automatically scans both sides without the need to turn the pages over!! And it's super fast too.

Prints look amazing. Even photos printed on plain paper (keep in mind, not as good as using a photo printer on photo paper, but still looks good.) Love the copy functionality too. Especially when you can feed multiple papers to scan in.

Great printer for my small office. The set up was easy

This review is for Best Buy service. The printer is outstanding. Connectivity is flawless, and it prints amazingly well. Has the ability to scan to email. Best Buy service was terrible. The person that sold me the printer told me that my Best Buy Total Protection was in good standing and explained all the benefits of buying the printer while have that active service. I thought it had expired and I asked him if it had. He said no, that it was active. It actually was expired, and was in a grace period (I found out later). I checked my Best Buy app, and it said that renewal was due in 2027. A few days later I got an email that stated that my total protection had expired. I called customer service and the person I spoke to would not reinstate it, even though my app had said payment was due in 2027. She then proceeded to tell me that she could offer me a 4 year protection plan for the printer only. She then said that this was not an available option. I called her out on her lie, and asked for her name and case number and told her I would notify her supevisor. She backtracked and said that the 4 year was available and sent me a link to pay for it. When I tried to pay for it with the link, it was invalid. I called customer service a second time and got a different person. She looked at the case and said that I could indeed get the 4 year plan, but the link was only good if I was on the phone with a rep when I paid. I did everything on my device, and she apparently had to approve it on her end. This experience was ridiculous. I was misled when I bought the printer, the had to deal with an incompetent customer service rep. Again, the printer is awesome and I recommend it, but Best Buy sales and customer service was unacceptable and misleading. I had other purchases on the Total Protection plan, and lost it due to Best Buy's incompetent employees.

This printer has all the functionality my small business was looking for. One of the key features was the double sided scan capability which has worked great. I have multiple practice locations and through the app I am able to print from anywhere to a specific location which is very helpful.

Love it! Works great easy to set up and love that i can print from my phone!

The printing quality is great; however, I would not give 5 stars to this product because the receiving data of the printer is very slow, it does not scan over 20-25 pages, and the toner runs out quickly.

So far so good it's replacing a earlier version of this that crapped out before 4 years. Hopefully this one lasts longer. I definitely recommend the Best Buy replacement warranty, I have had to HP printers and a Brother replaced.
