Great kids tablet

It was replaced with warranty.

Great for toddlers

We’ve purchased a few since he’s very active and seems to think these things are indestructible. The first thing to go is usually the screen, even with screen protectors. Next would be the battery life. Great buy when on sale & the perfect time to replace the older one.

Such a great tablet!

It has yet to disappoint! Even the older model still runs strong, but this model is epic in comparison! Excellent graphics, performance is stellar, and the capability of managing parental controls from a parent’s device is probably my favorite part. Super happy with this fire tablet!

Defective tablet

I called customer care and they couldn’t figure out what the problem is. I’m havin to wait for 3 weeks for a replacement tablet. Every device I’ve bought from Best Buy in the last two years has been problematic within days of purchase and I have been so stressed out sending back products to the manufacturers. I’ll rather purchase directly from them going forward

Love that you can also control it from your phone using the Amazon app. Noticed after awhile if they download a lot and you don’t have the extra memory card the the tablet because extremely slow!
