    Disappointed in this printer. Very confusing print options. When copying through top feeder, oftentimes a page slips through without being copied. Previously had a 9015 and thought this would be superior to it because it has two trays - letter and legal - but no. Would not recommend this model.

    We upgraded from an older HP Officejet model and have had nothing but problems with the new 9135e. In fact, I am so over it that the printer is being returned tomorrow. I have battled connectivity issues from the start and have chatted with HP online, plus personal research to figure out the problem. Still, there seems to be no lasting solution other than using an ethernet cord. However, that disables wifi printing from our personal devices, which is necessary for our business. Maybe the Officejet we purchased was defective, but my patience has worn thin.

    This printer is a replacement for my 8620 that quit working. It's a good printer but not as easy to use as my old one. I'm still trying to learn how to use some of the features but I suppose it will come in time.
