    HP is getting back to a regular machine with this HP Officejet. I'm pleased that it has a front panel for picking options. Seems well-made. Overall, great machine.

    The worst. Doesn’t work and then it does. Called Geek Squad about 10 times. Too late to return. I have to shut it down and reboot to hopefully connect with my multiple devices. Very disappointed. I had a HP printer before for years and never had an issue. It should not be this hard to print. Will never buy another HP again.

    The first one delivered was cracked and broken in numerous places. We re-ordered it hoping that we would receive the next one in perfect condition. Return was cumbersome. They didn’t offer to pick up at our home, instead we had to drive out of our way to return it.

    Set this printer up with direct usb to computer hookup. Completed all setup steps & already had HP Smart software installed on PC. I tried to print a PFB file & then a basic TXT file. No success with either even with PC & HP software recognizing printer was on & connected. Not everyone wants to have a printer go through their Wifi modem or blue tooth. Total piece of garbage that will be re-boxed & returned to store for refund.
