    Mostly because I don’t see a lot of the employees with patience and when I feel that it is difficult to trust what they say. It is like they just want the sale and they are not interested in my needs or concerns, but Best Buy does have a nice selection of computers and accessories it would be nice though if the employees had accurate information on these items.

    overall the laptop works well, but i purchased it for college and it didn’t work with any of my college courses or the apps i was instructed to get so i ended up returning. but for other purposes, it would be great.
