Good but charging issue.

I took it once to Samsung as it’s under a 1 year warranty. It happened again maybe 6 months later but I managed to fix it following a thread on reddit. It was a gift for my mother but I’m always the one fixing it. So that’s the only complaint I have and it’s a major one if you’re not willing to fix it.

Perfect for seniors!

It has a real audio jack, so she has a comfy headset and can manage it without dealing w/ Bluetooth. She is learning new things every day on YouTube and even streams our local radio station. We've had a little trouble with her being able to charge it, but I think that's more about the off-label case than the tablet itself. This was recommended as one of the best tablets for seniors, and we agree. Overall, she has surprised herself with the way she has picked up how to use it! In spite of physical challenges, she now has access to the world at her fingertips!

It's about right for a standard book so I can easily read it. It also has font size adaptability so I can enlarge smaller print if need be. Of course, it has all the basic amenities of a tablet. Comes in handy on occasion.
