Gorder we bought open box excellent which was supposed to come with the start up guide and the charging cable. Neither was in the box, which is what open box good is. Thankfully wet have cables that work, but online customer service wasn’t overly helpful. If we want the stuff it was supposed to be boxed with wet have to go in store, when I selected delivery because we share a car, making getting into the store difficult.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on your device for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your Galaxy phone or tablet is draining quickly and doesn't seem to charge at all, doesn't charge past 80% or 85%, doesn't charge when connected to a PC, or doesn't charge when connected to Samsung DeX. There are a couple of things that may be causing the problem. For example, you may simply need to replace a worn out USB cable, or make sure you're using the correct charger. Check out, "Samsung phone or tablet will not charge" to help resolve what you have described to be experiencing with your tablet. The very reason I bought it. As far as I am concerned, it wasted $100.00. Unfortunately, by the time I got it up and running, it was too late to return. I am using it For everything else, it is working as normal. It works as good as my old tablet.
