    Love this combo, the fact you never have to worry about switching clothes over or forgetting about them in the washer just to have to wash again, amazing!!! Have always loved Samsung products and I know this will exceed our expectations.

    We love this thing!! We were so bad at flipping the luandry over and having to rewash. Now we start a load and never think about it until we need it!!

    I haven’t received the product yet but I love my old Samsung washer and dryer that did me well throughout 5 years. I sold them still in working condition. I also have the Samsung Bespoke Smart Fridge and am happy with that.

    Repair parts are not available for this unit. I've tried every possible avenue to obtain a lint screen (critical for this unit to function) from Samsung, Samsung Parts, and local Samsung-authorized repair. The screen is NOT available, turning this $2000 appliance into a vey expensive and frustrating paper-weight. Shame on Samsung for sellimg an appliance that they refuse to support.

    The washer dryer combo are fantastic! It is efficient and I love the fact you get all the notifications through out the wash and dry cycles. I can also stream my music to the washer dryer combo while I am in the laundry room.

    I purchased a washer-dryer combo from Best Buy, and the entire experience has been a nightmare. First, the delivery was delayed twice without proper notification, leaving me scrambling to rearrange my schedule. When the unit finally arrived, the delivery team left it in the middle of my laundry room and refused to install it, even though I had paid for installation. To make matters worse, the washer-dryer combo turned out to be defective. It stopped working within a week of use. I called customer service, and the response was shockingly unhelpful. I was bounced between departments, given conflicting information, and ultimately told it would take weeks to get a technician out to inspect the unit. Now I’m stuck with an expensive, non-functional appliance and no clear resolution. This was my first major purchase from Best Buy, and it will absolutely be my last. Their lack of accountability and poor service is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your appliance needs. Brian

    Very nice all in one washer/dryer. Washes very good. However the down side is; It takes tooooo long to wash. 5 to 6 hours to wash and dry one load.

    Great little all in one device. If you are replacing an older style and have it vented outside than you will end up having that vent hole in your wall exposed .
