    Product definitely not as good as advertised. Clothes never seem to get dry, even super small loads take over 2hours to dry. Not worth the hype or price! Missed my return window otherwise definitely would have returned

    The idea of ​​one in all is good but it still needs a lot of improvement. But washing and drying takes almost 7 hours—it's a failure for Samsung. They'll probably improve, but for now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

    Absolutely hate this machine. regret buying. Everything comes out so wrinkled. Never had this issue with my old dryer that cost $300. Paid all this money to have my clothes look like wrinkled newspaper

    Pile of garbage! Dumps entire container of fabric softener each cycle. Contacted Samsung who tells you to take apart a filter after every wash and clean it. Unacceptable. Garbage product.

    Washer keeps stopping and saying there’s an issue with the drainage system. Can’t find anything blocking the drain or issues with the filter. Hasn’t even lasted one month.

    Cancelled item the customer service on the phone was horrible. I communicated through out the waiting for my delivery was told it was on its way. I called at 9pm to see what happened to my delivery was told my delivery was now going to be until next week and I was hung up on. Will never spend my money here again.
